The bill won't settle something that isn't a practical problem anyway, and is already doing harm.

It’s only early April, but already we have a strong contender for hypothetical question of the year.
Should a Quebec government employee who covers her face with a niqab (there are none, as far as anybody knows) be allowed to answer the phone?
This is an actual question arising from the latest attempt by a cultural-nationalist Quebec government to legislate against religious symbols in public services, especially those worn by some Muslim women ...
